Time flies when you're having fun, we understand! A grace period of 15 minutes is our gift to you. Beyond that, late returns are charged at an hourly rate (approximately 25% of the daily rate). If you know you'll be late, simply call us—we're human too! For returns after operating hours, we have secure drop-off protocols, but please inform us in advance so your bike doesn't feel abandoned.

If your trusty steed falters, call our emergency hotline (provided at rental) and our rescue squad will either repair on-site or bring a replacement chariot. If you're within 5 miles of our shop, this service is complimentary. For distant adventurers, a small recovery fee applies. Rest assured, you won't be charged for the downtime—we believe in fair play as much as fair pay.
